Today I bid my first farewell, to my first big boss. The reason why I bid such an early farewell is because big boss is going to New Zealand for a vacation and won't be here for my farewell. Hugging her, I remembered the first time I join, she looked so formidable, the first lady of the department. Of course now she is still the first lady soon to be President of the department and it's conforting to know that the door will always be opened for me if things don't work out across the Strait.
Anyway, times literally flies and the outstanding items to date are...
a. Clearing up my desk --> done
b. Clearing up my emails
c. Drafting up a nice farewell email
d. Bring back home all personal belongings --> done
e. Handing over years of t/shooting knowledge. --> left 1
f. Finding accomodation in the lion city.
g. Changing currency --> done
h. Packing
Today is also the farewell the real Pig Lover. Needless to say, the crowd was huge, those that are still there and those that have moved, all gathered to bid farewell to the Pig Lover. It's a teary occasion as the Tear Princess also shed a few tears. She said she is going to rain on my farewell parade also. And after hearing that, my boss from Sesame Street said he also want to see it happen. Ganasai ... but I will miss him.
